Spring officially begins on 20 March - and what could be more fitting than the anticipation of one
of Vienna's most beautiful balls? As always, we have the secret recipe to keep the spring fever alive until 31 January 2026:

The ceremonial entry of the opening
committee is a highlight of the Vienna Medical Doctors' Ball, which our dance couples look forward to for months. Were you
born between 1999 and 2009 and can dance the Viennese waltz? Then sign up together with your dance partner and look forward
to a glittering ball night full of unforgettable moments.
General information:- Good
knowledge of the Viennese Waltz is required. Mandatory audition: Perform left and right waltz with half turns along a straight
line.
- Age limit: born 1999 - 2009
- Ball ticket cost: EUR 55,-
- Ladies receive a tiara
- Dress
code for couples on the ball night: white dress, white long gloves, white shoes, as well as black dinner jacket or tailcoat,
white gloves, black shoes.
- Participation in the audition and all three rehearsals is a prerequisite for being allowed
to open the Vienna Medical Doctors' Ball as a young lady/young gentleman.
Audition and ball rehearsal dates:- Auditions: Monday, 17 November 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Vienna Medical Chamber
- Ball rehearsal dates: on two
evenings in the week before the ball at the Vienna Hofburg, dates to be announced
- Final rehearsal: 31 January 2026,
